Each member share will be given a 120-day priority booking window each year to book a vacation. It can be for a minimum of 3 days to a maximum of 7 days. Once a member has used his priority window for the year they will have a lower priority than members that have not yet booked their annual allocation After the 120-day window the priority reservation system is the same for 90, 60 and 30-day windows. If additional space is available during these windows, members may book a minimum of three days and a maximum of seven days use.
Making a Reservation
When the members want to plan a golf vacation, they dial a 1-800 number to access our reservation department. The Concierge who answers can schedule courses up to five months in advance of a member's planned travel date. In some cases reservations can be made up to 24 hours before travel to accommodate a spontaneous vacation. If requested, our Concierge will make all travel arrangements, including air travel and rental cars, for members and their guests, because the Company will affiliate with a travel alliance partner which offers significant discounts on services our Members use when traveling to and from Member Clubs.
Allocation of Use
The reservation system has been designed to provide each member unlimited use of any of the National facilities based on availability and the Reservation Priority System that provides priority use of the club to members that have not used their 120 day priority reservation window. A membership provides accommodations (one bedroom/one bath and leisure area) and golf fees for one golfer if single or two if purchased as a couple.
