Confirmation of travel plans, length of stay and tee times will be sent by our National Headquarters to individual National Members and to Member's Clubs' National Concierges, who are responsible for communicating with national headquarters regarding changes in scheduling or special requests by Members. A National Concierge is assigned to each Member Club to ensure those members and their guests enjoy a memorable, trouble free golf vacation.The Concierge will make dinner reservations, arrange shopping and fishing trips, and obtain sports and theater tickets. If requested, the Concierge will also provide a cook to prepare in-cottage meals. The Company is dedicated to provide its members the type of first-class service they expect. In that timely, effective response to questions and requests are critical to our Concierges' ability to properly assist members and their guests, each Concierge carries a pager and a cellular phone. Also, our Concierges establish strong relationships with Member Clubs' golf staffs, restaurant managers, guide services, and other professionals in order to enhance our members' and guests' comfort and enjoyment. |
