The ClubShareT Trophy Club Membership is a Equity Membership
similar to the
membership you might purchase at your local private club. There the
similarity ends. The ClubShare ™ Trophy Club is a Master Membership in a
National Club. You do not belong to one of the clubs with only reciprocal
rights to the others. You have a master membership to all of the clubs
included in the Trophy Club Program. When you are in residence at a Trophy
Club Member Club, you are a member of the Club during your stay.
We structure our relationships with our Member Clubs to be a win for them, so that you win too. Our Member Clubs understand the positive financial impact of our members on their revenues and the low impact of our two foursomes per day on their fine courses. They appreciate that we buy land, purchase or construct fine housing for our Members at their clubs. They appreciate that we purchase a Club Membership for each bedroom we build or purchase. So that when our Member is "in residence", he is a member of the Club. We invest with our Member Clubs on the front end, so that you are treated as a member when you arrive.
When you arrive at a Trophy Club as a Member, you will be recognized as a Trophy Club Member and treated as one as a Member of the Club. We have created a positive atmosphere with each of our Clubs before your arrival.
