Question: Is this timeshare?
Answer: No. Our program does not focus on the sale of real estate or issuance of a deed. Our program is similar in nature to an equity golf club where you pay an initiation fee and your annual dues depending upon usage.
Question: What is Trophy Golf Club?
Answer: The Trophy Club allows traveling golfers the opportunity to spend quality vacation time playing golf at one of our several resorts, while staying at one of the residences on-site (subject to availability).
Question: As a Trophy Club member, do I have to pay an annual fee if I don't use any of the golf clubs during the year?
Answer: Yes. However, we have broken down our fee into two parts: (1) Annual fee to cover the basic costs of maintaining the memberships and (2) weekly usage dues which cover the costs of operating the residence units for our members while they are in residence. You are only required to pay your share of the annual dues. The weekly dues will only be charged when you use one of the facilities.
Question: Do I pay separate dues for the Ambassador Club?
Answer: No. The Ambassador Club is included in the annual golf dues of Trophy Club membership.
Question: Can I resign my Trophy Club membership at any time?
Answer: Yes. The Trophy Club offers each member the opportunity to resign its membership for any reason. The program is set up to allow every fifth membership sold to be a transfer from an existing member. The member will pay a transfer fee of 30% of the current value of the membership.
Question: Will the weekly usage charges for Trophy Club be the same no matter where I go or what time of year?
Answer: No. The only way to create an equitable value to all our members is to base our weekly charges on the time of the year and the particular resort. Resorts in the more exclusive resort areas will be priced based on the Trophy Club's higher entry costs into those markets.
Question: If I join in Florida is that my member club?
Answer: No. Unlike other programs that sell you a specific property or club, our program is based on a Master Membership for all properties. Each club will have a set number of memberships that it contributes to the pool of the Master Membership. Your membership entitles you to equal membership in all the Trophy Club properties.
Question: How much does Trophy Club cost?
Answer: The Trophy Club has an initial price of $12,000 for an individual and $18,000 for a couple. Prices will increase incrementally after the first 100 Founder memberships are purchased.
Question: How am I assured I can have access to the member Trophy Clubs?
Answer: Our program is structured like a private club. Most private clubs sell 400 golf memberships because they know from experience they will be able to accommodate their members 90% of the time, based on available tee times. At our member clubs we are included in their maximum number of members that they offer. Also we only sell 36 memberships out of a possible 52 to allow enough excess inventory for our members to have the flexibility of multiple stays.
Question: Can I resign my Trophy Club membership at any time?

Question: Why is the transfer fee 30%? I see transfer fees in some clubs as low as 10%?
Answer: The clubs you are referring to are Residence Clubs which are real estate programs. A 10% fee for selling a $300,000 real estate interest is standard for that industry. We are a national golf membership program with a $12,000 initiation fee. Transfer fees of membership shares at private golf clubs typically run from 30%- 50%. In any of the ClubShare™ programs, you are buying a golf membership; not fractional real estate with a secondary golf component.
Question: What is Ambassador Golf Club?
Answer: The Ambassador Club is structured to provide its members reciprocal golf privileges, travel benefits and personal services to our national members. Ambassador Club membership is provided at no additional cost for our Trophy Club Members of good standing.
Question: Are there limitations on a member's use of Ambassador Club's programs?
Answer: Yes. Members cannot play at a golf course more than one time per calendar quarter if it is within 50 miles of a member's primary and, if any, secondary residence.
Question: Can I purchase The Ambassador Club separately?
Answer: Yes, Ambassador Club can be purchased for a $795 initiation fee, $360 annual dues, plus use fees (vary depending on location and season).
Question: What is ClubShare™ Resort Club?
Answer: The Resort Club is a five- year master, non-equity membership providing access to golf and vacations at great resorts at great savings.
