We have 36 membership shares at each of our National Golf Clubs. Each share cost $14,000 for a single membership and provides you with a guarantee of 7 golf rounds a year and more based on availability. You will also be provided with Member Accommodations when you are scheduled to play for only housekeeping fees.
If you think you are going to need 14 rounds a year to fit your travel golf needs and want to guarantee yourself availability - you simply buy two shares.

In the above example, your entire annual dues are amortized over the seven day stay. Any additional days (based on availability) beyond seven days only cost you cart fees and housekeeping charges. In the above example, any additional stay in the shoulder season would be $61 per day for accommodations and golf. A savings of $350 per day over normal resort guest costs. An additional week (based upon availability) will only cost you $427 for the entire week accommodation and golf versus $2877. That's a savings of $2450 for the additional stay. A total of over $3700 for both stays. With two stays a year, your equity membership pays for itself in a few years. Remember availability is based upon the Priority Reservation System and member demand.
If you can purchase an equity membership for $14,000 you will have the privileges of membership and an annual savings that in less than 4 years (based upon one prime season and one shoulder season stay) will pay off your initiation fee and you will still own the membership if you choose to sell it at a later time. Number and length of stays are subject to availability of accommodations.
