The Ambassador Club is a three-dimensional program structured to provide reciprocal golf privileges, travel benefits and personal services to our national members. Regardless if our members are traveling for business or pleasure, the Ambassador Club privileges are available to provide a full service of programs to make their trip more enjoyable and less expensive.

The Ambassador Club program provides member travel privileges at wholesale rates. Unless you are a travel agent or wholesaler you will pay the retail price for your travel needs. The Ambassador Club operates as a travel wholesaler and passes on the negotiated travel rates to its members in return for an annual membership fee.

We are a nation of part time workers: We have 11 national holidays, 2-4 weeks of vacation and 104-weekend days. How well we utilize our off time has a lot to do with our ability to maintain our enthusiasm and purpose to survive the rigors of everyday life.

The Ambassador Club program has an initiation fee of $795 and annual dues of $360 if purchased separately.

Trophy Club members receive the Ambassador Club program as a part of their annual dues.

Reciprocal Program

The Ambassador Club's reciprocal program is an integral part of the year round benefits of the national program. Benefits vary based on the distance from the member's primary residence. The reciprocal program has been developed to increase our member's playing options when they are in the national resort areas. In addition, the reciprocal program will develop a list of club reciprocals in all major metropolitan areas and regional resort areas to offer the most complete reciprocal program in the country. A list of our primary destination areas is attached separately.

The Ambassador Club member will be allowed to play any company affiliated Trophy Club or regional resort at 75% of the stated green and cart fees, based on space availability and the following mileage restrictions from the member's permanent residence.

Travel Program

Synopsis: TravelShare is a progressive 21st century travel program that allows our members to access money saving helpful hints for travel and leisure and receive entitlements of Members Only group benefits. TravelShare is committed to enhancing the lifestyle of our members with upgraded travel and leisure benefits at wholesale prices.

Travel Alliance Partner: Through our affiliation with our travel partner, our members have access to one of the most powerful one-stop vacation accommodation booking sites on the Internet, providing secure real-time online reservation capabilities. Through this alliance our members can enjoy great savings for hotel, air, car rentals, cruises, recreation and resort condos at member pricing not available to the public.

Concierge Service

When our members want the personal touch of communicating with a person to handle their tee time or unique travel requests, the Ambassador Club concierge service will provide three resource options.

In-House: The in house concierge will handle all the reservations to our member clubs for our member's annual stay. In addition, any reciprocal play at Ambassador member clubs will be handled by our in house concierge. Any services that are members require while staying at a member course will be provided by our on site concierge. This will include the best places to dine or shop and unique tourist sites to visit. Our members will have a number to call for easy access to the concierge. If requested, our concierge will make all travel arrangements, including air travel and rental cars for our members through our travel alliance partner that provides significant discounts on services our members use when traveling.

International Concierge: With the growth of unique travel options, the Ambassador Club will affiliate with an international concierge service that has the capacity to handle all of our member's requests for VIP treatment as various entertainment venues such as sporting events, concerts, celebrity events and one of a kind travel packages.

Traveler Assistance Concierge: Using a toll free number, our members can have access to handle any travel related assistance requirements. This includes emergency & medical services, accident assistance, roadside dispatch, location identification and directions, information and reservations. Think of it as your mobile On-Star service.
